Combi Mould / Scribe & Rebate Head 96 dia x 40mm recessed (flush) 30mm bore.

Combination rebate / profile cutterhead. Able to be used for rebating (40mm) with spurs (on top) for square tenons / rebates. Profiled mould cutters and limiters 4mm thick 40mm cut.

Features:

• Compatible with Whitehill B Blanks (55 x 45 x 4 mm thick) and Whitehill 40×40 Blanks (40 x 40 x 4 mm thick).
• Can take profiled high speed-steel (HSS) and tungsten carbide-tipped (TCT) cutters.
• Cutter head equipped with TC reversible knives and spurs (can be found in “spares” section).
• TC Rebate knives are  shear cut configured tungsten carbide for exceptional durability and clean cut in all materials.
• Suitable for spindle moulders with manual feed.
• Tool body in steel.
• Available in 1¼ inch & 30mm bore for spindle moulder, with custom bores possible.

Supplied with M16 counter sunk washer. Tool body in steel. 30mm bore.  (11/4″ bore on request.)
